Connection problem

I have forgotten my password?
- In this case you simply need to request your password reset by clicking on " Forgotten password".
  Submit your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password.
What are the minimum technical requirements?
- The Service has been designed for use on standard installations of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9.0 and requires you to accept cookies to be fully functional. Emails are sent in HTML format.
Newsletters and email alerts
ALERTS : What is the difference between the delivery mode Newsletter vs Newswire?
- Newsletter will format the articles by Editors’ Choice, Themes and Drugs & companies.
  Newswire formats the articles in reverse chronological order.
I am no longer receiving my newsletter(s)?
- You will usually receive at least 2 newsletters per business day plus the weekly review of Editor’s selections (each Monday). In the Alerts page you can click on this icon to get a web-view of the last newsletter sent to you. It may also be the case that your newsletters/alerts are being filtered by your SPAM policy.
